I have been practicing portrait photography for 34 years. This adventure began when I had a daughter. From the very beginning of her life, I took portraits of her, some of them are included here.

In 1990 I began, as a result of my medical profession, to visit developing countries. First Romania, then Kenya followed by Nepal, Haiti, The Syrian Jordanian border, and Uganda. 

During these trips, I primarily assisted doctors in taking care of patients, but when time permitted, taking photographs.
 
I always brought my camera. I always approached the population with smiles, respect, and gifts for the children.
 
A passion for the variety of the human face and its expressions grew out of these experiences.
